NAC Data Center

t Access Corporation (NAC) has been providing Internet service since 1995. They're one of the largest ISPs in the NE area, which ranges from Massachusetts to Washington DC, with a core market focus in New York and New Jersey. The recent addition of a London Point of Presence (POP) extends their services into Europe. They provide a wide range of Internet services to tens of thousands of business, residential, and educational customers.

NAC has built and maintains one of the largest and most fault tolerant networks in the region, composed of a full mesh of OC3 (155 Megabit) and OC12 (622 Megabit) links throughout the coverage area. They connect to Internet backbones in Northern NJ and NYC, linking directly to most of the major networks, including Sprint, UUNET, Cable & Wireless, PSI, AOL, Level 3, Genuity, and many others. The network infrastructure is maintained by the Network Operations Center (NOC) in Parsippany, NJ, which is staffed by experienced technicians, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With this combination of superior network and service, they are able to provide a high quality network on par with the national networks, while still giving us all the advantages of a local company.

SOUTH DATA CENTER

The facility, code named "Imperial", features around 30,000 square feet of total space, redundant UPS systems, generator backup, VESPA detection systems, closed circuit monitoring of all areas and entrances, card key access, 24 hour guard manned security, redundant a/c systems, and fiber from 5 separate providers (and is in discussions with three additional providers for the ultimate in redundancy).

SOUTH-EAST DATA CENTER

The equipment and network at DV2/GNAX are of the highest quality and their Data Center is world class! The network is 100% Cisco with two Cisco 7513 Routers and Switches.

Located in Atlanta, the Data Center is located in one of the 2 main Telco Hotel vaults in Atlanta - with access to all the major IP backbones and the highest quality of power and security in the city.

The network uses multiple redundant connections and BGP to ensure 100% uptime of the network. There is also a unique firewall in place to ensure server security.

The Data Center has multiple connections to different backbone providers; huge fiber connections to the largest and most trusted providers around.

24/7 Server Monitoring -
The Data Center monitors servers 24/7 and has staff on hand.

Redundant Power Supply -
Reliability exceeds 99.999%. The main electrical room provides clean, consistent power via switchgear, UPS systems, multiple feeds and generator backup to ensure a consistent supply of power to the facility. No power outages here!

Environment control -
Consistent temperature and humidity ranges in the Data Center are maintained by redundant cooling systems.

Security -
In additional to the on-site security staff, access is controlled by state-of-the-art identification systems, including a biometric hand scanner and card reader.

The cybertrails data center, located in Phoenix, Ariz., provides the technology necessary to keep our servers fully operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The custom designed facility provides redundant optical fiber connections through Cox, Qwest, and ELI, in addition to multiple Internet back-bone providers, including UUNET, Broadwing, and Global Crossing, making scaling bandwidth faster and much more affordable.

In addition, this world-class data center is custom designed with raised floors, HVAC temperature control systems, redundant power, UPS back-up and power conditioning systems and generators. They provide 24/7 physical security; including state-of-the-art smoke detection and fire suppression systems, motion sensors, biometric access controls, as well as video surveillance and security breach alarms.

The 24/7 on-site systems management team, comprised of Engineers and Technicians, is on hand to ensure that the data center provides the reliability and scalability essential to TotalChoice and your business success.
